𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 The ELAC Susan Rubio Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center exists to expand access to entrepreneurship, support the creation and growth of businesses, and strengthen our regional economy by keeping opportunity, ownership, and investment within our communities. Housed at East Los Angeles College, the Center operates as an open innovation ecosystem bringing together education, industry, and community to move ideas into action and people into opportunity.
